About Us
The Catholic Institute of Leadership and Management (CILM) is an organisation that provides educational training for future leaders by focusing on the development of leadership and management skills. The Institute offers Catholic schools, educational institutions, future leaders, and all in leadership positions, such as educators, school heads, leaders and managers in different organisations, with the golden opportunity to attain quality and effective leadership and management skills through our online and classroom training. The training process is undertaken in an online environment at different levels and forms, leading to awards, certificates, Diplomas, and Master’s degrees. The Institute is owned by the Catholic Diocese of Uromi, Nigeria, with Most Rev. Dr. Donatus Ogun as the proprietor/chairman and Very Rev. Fr. Theophilus Itaman PhD as the Director.

Our renowned Institution operates on a semester basis at all levels, and students are expected to attend three residencies before graduation. Our quality training is centred around courses on Leadership, Policy and Change in Education, Educational leadership and Innovation, Philosophy of Education, Organisational development(OD), Entrepreneurial Studies, Financial Management, Teaching and Learning, Human Resources development, Strategic management, Inspection and supervision and many more.

Management Team oversees the daily management and administration of the school, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and safe learning environment. They collaborate with academic leadership to implement policies, manage staff, maintain facilities, and supervise the school’s administrative functions. This role involves strategic planning, budget management, human resources, compliance with regulations, and coordination of school-wide events.
