The Catholic Institute of Leadership and Management (CILM) is an organisation that provides educational training for future leaders by focusing on the development of leadership and management skills. The Institute offers Catholic schools, educational institutions, future leaders, and all in leadership positions, such as educators, school heads, leaders and managers in different organisations, with the golden opportunity to attain quality and effective leadership and management skills through our online and classroom training. The training process is undertaken in an online environment at different levels and forms, leading to awards, certificates, Diplomas, and Master’s degrees. The Institute is owned by the Catholic Diocese of Uromi, Nigeria, with Most Rev. Dr. Donatus Ogun as the proprietor/chairman and Very Rev. Fr. Theophilus Itaman PhD as the Director.

As a high Catholic Institution, the Institute combines online and classroom training. Though it is an online school, the students are expected to attend three to four residencies before graduation. The Institute would award certificates, diplomas, and Masters degrees whenever possible. Also, the school would operate on a semester basis at all levels.
